"Tomilino Electronik Factory" Scientific Production Enterprise" Limited was founded in October 1946 to the order of the Ministry of Communications Industry. 

For more than 60-year history, the company went all the way electronics development of the country from the first microwave power diodes and integrated circuits to the power supply.Throughout the time the plant was always in the forefront of the latest developments and introduction of advanced technologies. It was one of the first who mastered the production of semiconductor devices in plastic packages. In the 70 th - 80 th years, the company became leading on the development and production of electronic devices for power electronics. 

An important milestone in the history of  "TEF SPE" Ltd. was the launching of automatic production lines of diodes by sealable glass technology «Glass-bead». Philips equipment has significantly expanded the range and improved the quality of manufactured products. Several products were transferred to this progressive technology. 

One of the first in Russia, "TEF SPE" Ltd. has worked to create diodes and high voltage poles on the basis of silicon carbide. Specific properties of these devices - a small reverse recovery time, high reverse voltage, working at high temperatures and high resistance to external influences. 

In 2008 the company started work on the organization of production metal -ceramic packages, multi-layer circuit boards and ceramic substrates for LTCC and HTCC technologies. The company has in its plans to produce microwave filters, design and manufacture rectifier devices, power supplies. Thanks to modern science and technology base, extensive experience and availability of highly skilled staff "TEF SPE" Ltd is confident in the future.
