"Tomilino Electronik Factory" Scientific Production Enterprise " Limited develops and serially produces silicon rectifier diodes of general purpose, silicon and gallium arsenide microwave diodes, silicon rectifier high voltage poles, integrated circuits for secondary power supplies.
Works on moderniza tion of serial products are being continuously done in order to improve the electrical properties of products, reduce the mass-dimensional characteristics, current consumption IC, and expand the range by introducing new technologies and developments.
Unique design «Glass-bead» allows to achieve stable frequency characteristics of manufactured products with increased reliability and expansion of consumer properties. A number of serially manufactured products is being successfully transfered into a promising new form factor.
"TEF SPE" Ltd. has performed research on the creation of diodes and high voltage poles on the basis of silicon carbide with low reverse recovery time and high reverse voltage at high temperatures.
In 2008 the company started works on the organization of production of metal-ceramic packages, multi-layer boards and ceramic substrates for LTCC and HTCC technologies.
Some projects are being done by Tomilino Electronik Factory in cooperation with Russian and foreign partners.
